Welcome to Fat Rabbit Farms, where our passion for sustainable farming and regenerative agriculture practices springs to life. We are farmers Kyle and Becca, a partnership fostered right here on Arkansas soil.

Kyle's journey began in the rhythm of music education as a percussion director in Texas public schools. However, a deep-seated yearning to forge connections between communities, food, and regenerative agriculture had been growing within him for over a decade. After seven years of nurturing young minds in public education, Kyle's path led him to the Western Hill Country of Texas, where he managed a 20-acre vegetable farm and vineyard. It was there that he honed his skills and passion for cultivating the land.

Becca had a rich career stewarding Texas' most precious natural resources serving as a city parks director and park superintendent with Texas Parks and Wildlife. Her experience in natural resource management provides a unique perspective on the importance of sustainable practices.

Together, we brought our dreams back to our Arkansas roots, determined to turn our shared vision into a reality. Hot Springs, with its abundant natural beauty, rich diversity, and vibrant history, has always offered a sense of home. Fat Rabbit Farms was established in the spring of 2022.

Our naturally-grown produce finds its way to your table through farmers markets, our onsite farm stand, local restaurants, and small-scale grocers. We invite you on this journey as we cultivate connections between the land, the food we grow, and the communities we serve.

With gratitude, Farmers Kyle and Becca

Our Story

We are now Certified Naturally Grown!

Since breaking ground in early 2022, Fat Rabbit Farms has been committed to growing food with all organic, sustainable practices. We thoroughly reviewed the Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) standards and got to work - naturally! You might wonder, why did we choose CNG? Well, much like organic farming, Certified Naturally Grown farms abstain from synthetic chemicals and genetically modified organisms while responsibly managing our precious soil and water resources. However, what sets Certified Naturally Grown apart is its unique approach. Unlike the organic certification, which involves third-party organizations, CNG is a non-governmental entity that relies on a system of peer reviews to inspect and verify our farming practices. We are CNG proud!

"I think food, culture, people, and landscape are all absolutely inseparable. Food may not be the answer to world peace, but it's a start."
